With the current situation with Covid-19, we at Boutique Smokes have stepped up our hygiene practises whilst processing your orders for your safety and well being. Hands are regularly washed with antibacterial soap and hand sanitiser plus gloves are worn.
As always, all of our cigar stock is individually cellophane wrapped for hygiene and protection, at the factories of production.
All orders received by 1pm are processed the same day, Monday to Friday (except on Bank Holidays and National Holidays). Orders received after 1pm on Friday and the weekend will be processed on Mondays (except Bank Holidays). Orders are sent out first class delivery with Royal Mail but, as the service is reduced, please allow for postal delays. All our orders are arriving, but on average are taking around 5 working days for delivery.
