Mike's Notes -
On first glance you see a maduro wrapper, Colorado Maduro shade to be exact with a light shine. Taking one out of the box, you will immediately see that it is box pressed. This term is slightly misleading as they are no longer pressed into the boxes but, pressed in a mould after rolling. The cigar has a rectangular shape. If you’ve never smoked a box pressed cigar, then you’re in for a treat. The shape for me is easier to handle in my mouth. If you know me, you know I have a love for slender ring gauge cigars like lanceros. Anything over 52 ring gauge, feels a little unwieldy in my mouth, but with this shape works perfectly.
